If I was a total noob. I probably wouldn't be able to even get to this viewing page.
But since I am not this is just more useless spam for NG. cause there are plenty of help sections all around this site.

It was pretty kool to see all of newgrounds' guidelines and top users list in one spot. Pretty good reference tool. Isn't that music from the Ultimate Tutorial?

as a newer member i found this entry very helpful, if a little bland, i recomend not only keeping it but linking new users to it, especially if a newer version is made

Not that good

This is all explained in the Help / FAQ section of Newgrounds, only with a better look. The music starting over when going back to the menu was annoying too. The buttons in the statistics and cool links sections were hard to click.
The text wasn't very organised the background just black. This needs more, much more.
