Not too bad.
I liked the artwork and the style but all the voices sound like the same guy pretending to be a british version of those Jewish Aliens from South Park. you know, the ones with the Jagons that made Earth a reality series...

I don't, and they were all me, being a New Zealander, with an accent that isn't American. I don't suppose you guys ever get anything that isn't American on your TV so you wouldn't know :)
Got better as it went along.
This Flash started off rather slow with so much talking that I was afraid it would just end without any action. Luckily, it really picked up. The space battle was really well done and the visuals overall were rather nice. May I ask what 3D program you used for the ships and if you constructed them yourself?
My advice is to try and improve on other elements, especially character animation or special effects. The characters' faces didn't have the same detail or quality as the rest of the flash, which sort of detracted from it and the actual movements of the characters were lacking. Just pactice with poses and shot composition.
Again, good job overall. This turned out better than I would have thought :)

All the models are made for my movies by me, in Swift3d (which I then import into flash as objects). Cheers for the pointers!
Its OK
After watching just part one of this episode and not viewing any of your other work, it looks like you have some talent, but need to refine it a bit more. I can only suggest looking for other people to join in creating a co-op series, it seems like you just rushed to get everything done.
As for more specific comments, it was generally an alright flash with some good ideas, but it could be an awsome flash, right up there in the top if you could find some voice actors, concentrate more on character and story development, refine your techniques as an artist, and like I said, get some others to help you out if at all possible.

Thanks! These are actually as compressed as I can manage - I reuse as many graphics as I can get away with, but 3D sequences are enormous so there's no getting around it sometimes :( The sound is as bad as I can have it without distortion too. Thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed it - maybe you wanna check out the later episodes too (they're much better)
