Really touching story
The animation style is pretty simple, but mainly ok. However the main attraction is the long realistic story that is not so typical in Newgrounds. No action, no violence, no aliens - just boy and his mother. Emotional story: 10 points. Reminden me of the animation movie "The Grave of the Fireflies"

it was fairly good but i have one problem...
he was smilin all the time other than that it was pritty good.

I agree with those who said this was too slow. It's as if through half the movie you were begging the audience to cry. It's tragic. I get it. But get to the point already.
Beyond that the animation and graphics were decent. Not great but appropriate enough to the comic book style presentation. The music was too "used." And this desperately needed scene selection & scene skip options, which is why the interactivity rating is so low.
Beyond that it's more good than bad and it's rare to see flashes like this, which I appreciate, even if I would have done it differently.

Boring... The crap animation ruined it for me. And it was too obvious what was gonna happen. And the music was annoying. Now I'm guessing a bunch of people will start flaming me.
