Frustrating game, I can't get the combat to work

I'm sorry, but I have no clue how the combat works, I try to press an action button, but at no point does my character do anything.

GUIJI responds:

Press the action button in the good timing (there is a timing bar)!

Good stuff

Really enjoyed playing that, you had to work on managing your 'portfolio' of gladiators. The action was good, and the evolution of difficulty and ability worked well.

geez

hahaha...strange concept for a game. it was cool as shit at first. then it became hard to manage your crew of slaves. then it seemed like an interminable struggle to manage 'em....then it seemed like my glory pts didn't rise anymore....

Pretty good.

I like this game, I think it is good and fun, but unfortunately with a few displeasing bugs. First of all if you buy an item and then switch to something you can't afford and then quit the shop then you lose the item you bought but not the money. Also you can go into -ves with the slaves you buy (and for some reason even if they are worse if you keep clicking next they keep on getting more expensive).

The boss is crazy

This game is really easy, I have not lost a single match against a non-champion in all my playing of it, I have 16 or 17 wins and no losses against non-champion enemies. Then I have three or four losses against the champ. The champion is 10x harder than any of the others. I can barely make a dent and then I have to start over because my guy dies. I can't train a guy up to fight the champ either because your honor stays at 14 or 15 and you have to fight him. And getting low health is as bad as dying because then the guy can't fight for many days.

The "rising" "full potential" "decline" system is pretty dumb since they go through all three stages in the space of a week.

The combat system doesn't make very much sense, the "strategy" you put into it is nothing more than a rock-paper-scissors and since we don't know the actual numbers and probabilities there is no strategy at all besides aim for the low armor.

Good game overall.

GUIJI responds:

Well if the game is too easy you can set the difficulty to ``hard``. Also if you have problem with the health of your characters and their potential, it's because you have to alternate them, so they can rest.
