good game
i was getting really into it but it just keeps pissing me off cause of some glitches. sometimes the black thing going by will sped up so when its over the line place i click but its way before. so i lost cause of that. but overall its good.3/5
This is very good
Wow. not quite what I expected, in a very positive way. I loved the timing system for attacking, most wouldn't do that kind of thing.
One tiny problem, I'm looking though the slave market, and I've gotten to the limit of money. I don't like thisslave and want to go back to buy a different one that I like. I can't! and every once and a while the timing blows off where I didn't hit, but that's just a glitch nothing really hurting the game.
Very good game I give it a 5.

i loved the game play, the idea, the way of playing, but what ruined the fun sometimes were the bugs... i bought things which weren't there when i left the store (and i did pay for them :) )
but generally i loved it:)

This was good
I won this twice now.
On normal difficulty, everyone should be easy to kill except for the last guy "Kain" or something. The key to defeating him is this:
1. _use quick strikes only_. Kain is very agile and if you use ordinary strikes he will often hit first.
2. If you can, get to him while there is still no low strong shot. I did that and just did low quick shots constantly--beat the hell out of him by 10 hits for 5 damage in a row, he didn't get in a single hit.
3. _get a more agile weapon_. The Glory Sword is good but the Trident is more agile. If you are agile enough he will never be able to hit you, and even if you only do 5 damage you'll still kill him eventually.
Also general tips on how to build up your gladiators: look for rising gladiators who have good stats (strength 9 or 10, agility 5 or 6). Sometimes they will go to full potential too soon--use those to win ordinary battles while your best gladiator is healing. Only buy the ones other than your best one a minimal amount of armor and weapons so that you can win the ordinary battles. Once you know which one is your best, buy him everything and be sure to let him rest a few rounds for full health before fighting Kain.
By the way, this game seemed a little gay. Not sure if it was intentional, but we have a "glory helm" and a "glory sword." Sword and helm? Hmm. I wonder if there's a "glory hole" somewhere in there. It's all good though, the scenes with concubines made up for it.
Good but...
This is a great game but thers a lot of bugs in terms of buying armor and weapons. For instance whenever I try to get a glory helm it gives me something totally different. Once you fix that this will be an awsome game to play! Good job you have some talent there.
