Good flash, but only one problem...
The Maya only predicted the end of their calendar. What happens when a calendar ends? It gets thrown away and people go to the store and buy a new one. Their long count(In the power of 20s) was based on ages, when the calendar ends, a new age has begun.
In other words, the Maya predicted the end of their calendar marked in the end of this age, not the end of the world, many people, including journalists misunderstood the calendar, and all that "end of the world" nonsense spread the entire country, leading to a result of millions of misinformed humans who every time they see a countdown, they think the world will end. That is a lie.
The world isn't going to end. Every time a long countdown is shown and is believed to be the "end of the world", it will always be a false alarm(unless it's attached to a giant nuke that can blow up a planet the size of Jupiter).
All that 12.21.2012 nonsense was gone, almost everyone stopped believing in "the end of the world 2012", until this flash and the '2012' movie got too carried away with this myth, and now, all the minds of all newgrounders are now in danger of being manipulated by this "12.21.12" myth.
10 for showing effort and good music
-7 for choosing this myth, I disliked it because the myth was closed and resolved
3 in total
But, it was made in 2006, and the myth was already gone in 2008, and then, the 2012 movie was made in 2009 as a parody and it backfired by a group of people who knew it was a moron's false alarm, so they watch it anyways just for the action, not the story nor the so called "truth".
Okay, now I'm done talking as you noticed, I said too much here that most of you got bored reading this.
