Good concept...
...mixed execution. The mis-matched animation quality is a MAJOR detriment to this music video. There are numerous times, mainly in the beginning section, where the colors of an object change spontaneously--at least once when panning up the side of the building, for example.
Many parts were very well animated. The graphics and animation were extremely lacking for the main characters, the tanks, and some scenery.
All in all, a decent Flash, but it could have been much better.
A Bit Cliche`
Apocalypse stories are bit worn in my opinion but I applaud the artist's work. Suspension of disbelief wanes when the images on the go from horrific to the president giving a speech, implying that's also horrible. So it goes: Hurricanes, Death, Destruction, Guy Talking (lol). It's a bit out of sequence I think.
Also, the Pope looks really evil commanding those armies. I'm pretty sure the Pope has no where near that level of military strength behind him these days, but it's acceptable as artistic license.
I felt that overall cynicism was layered too thick and having a guy that rescued a whole orphanage as a sort of representative as the main victims of the apocalypse just felt so cliche`.
The song synch, animation, and art were well done though. Nice use of dark colors to help enunciate the dark meaning of the flash too.

Oh, it's the end of the world, alright -- the world of the nation-stare, of the rule of One over All, of the iron fist of the silverback alpha males. The story cycle of the Hero is coming to an end, and with it the world of the Patriarch. The twin towers of Valhalla are burning, the fascist hordes are on the march, and giants stride the Earth. What every person must ask her- or himself is which side will you be on at Ragnarok? When the killing is in the streets and you can no longer hide from what's happening, will you turn in your neighbours to the Gestapo, accept the RFID of the Beast, and salute the Beast's flag of stars and stripes -- or will you raise the fist of defiance and stand strong when the stormtroopers arrive?

Some Constructive criticism
I think you have an interesting concept + skills in flash. However, the drawing is just not as quality. There are little details that look good, but the whole figure does not. For example, the crow looks decently draw, but the entire city does not. The bombs look well done, but the landscape does not. Just try to make the bigger things look better, having nice details does not help the overall effect of the flash.
