I have to say this is the first drawn cut out animation i have seen on here in a while I believe. I think it was very well done.
Fine Points
It has it's good and bad. I certainly like a good paper-flash, and the peopm was very well done. I guess there wasn't so much a bad side as a mediocre side, starts of great, but the ending is very over-used and obvious. I'm a bitch about writing, but I still think there was room for improvement.

upon what i have seen here, you have a high standing of talent.
if that was your poem i am prowed to say that you fooled me.
as a poet and a very original artist i would definitly like to see more of your work upon the ranks.
if anything i think you need work on is sound detail, a true pet-peeve of mine is resetting sounds identicle to eachother. if people spent more time on other sounds it would make good flashes even better
i liked this enough to give this an 8/10

Glad you liked it! I'm working on another video right now and trying to up the originality and style by using paintings, drawings, and altered photographs for most of the visual aspects of the movie.
Yes, I did write the poem. My friend wrote the original story, but I rewrote it as a poem.
and I hear ya on the sound detail. I actually didn't repeat any sounds, but I used several that were very close to each other, so I can see how they sounded like repeats. but you're right, I really could have spent more time on the sound.
hopefully my next flash will be quite a bit better in looks, sound, and story.
