Kinda sloooooow...
The flash made me all sleepy...>.< You gotta speed it up man, and talk less monotonious... The part where that bearded guy came up, should've been exciting, but it didn't do anything to me, because of the 'speed'... The voices also weren't very clear, just heared a few parts of the story...

Well I was kinda of shooting for a slower story. It just seems that if there was a world of fantsay, people just wouldn't be hacking away at each other with swords every second of every day. I guess I shooting for the round about way that good old story tellers use around campfires and such. I was hoping the slowness would add to the creepiness of it...
You NEED new voices
The voice acting in this movie was horrible, it made it really difficult to enjoy the rest of the movie, which was quite nice.
Hmmm... I feel your pain, but... A lot of people hated my voice. I think I'm going to do the voice for the next one. I'll just try to make it more realistic. And clear... And not as monotone...

Dungeons and Dragons fan? Maybe pretty cool clip. Didnt really understnd it but it was good none the less.

I used to play it, but I always thought if you didn't write your own adventures it wasn't very fun. The adventures they provided in the game often seemd pretty corny. And my friends would never get into the game because they'd be cracking jokes about how corny it was the whole time.

To slow
This animation was just too slow and choppy for me.. not that the pictures were moving slowly.. just that the voice acting wasnt smooth and fluent. People new to this type of thing doing voice acting is common for them to be slow though. all in all it was a good story line and very well written. Looking forward to seeing the rest.
Hmmm... I'm not sure how I could correct the problem. People tell me it sounded like I was just reading off of the page... And, well, in most cases I was. Perhaps I should think more in terms of memorizing the lines, and telling while convincing myself that these things actually happened to me.
Or maybe I could record it all at the same time without recording anything separately.
As for my acting... Before I recorded this I saw either the movie, Malcom X, or a documentary on him, and I thought that the way he spoke seemed so carefully thought out and relaxed. SO I kind of tried to sound like him, because I wanted Nuok to seem like a quiet thoughtful person like Malcom did when he was giving speeches. Most people seemed to interpret that to be emotionless and monotone.
