Bugs? How about 'unplayable'?

Should be great, and obviously full of cool stuff... but let down by a horribly unforgiving fernicketiness. Also:
* You can't fulfil any of your special trade missions - there is no way to deliver a cargo to the intended destination.
* It is nigh impossible to find ANYONE who will buy whatever you're carrying. You just keep dumping cargoes and watching your cash bleed into space.
* Supposed neutrals just start shooting at you for no reason, right while you're parked among a bunch of other neutrals (don't any of these planets/stations have strategic defence, coast guard, or even traffic control?).
* Documentation is nigh-useless. I went to the FAQs and whatnot, and the only issues addressed seem to be those involving OTHER GAMES.
I wanted to love this game. As it is, I merely... don't hate it.

Keep an eye on your alert display. If anyone is buying what is in your cargo hold, they will hail you.

It's good. But maybe make a slightly larger screen to play on, slight bit more details into the stuff, and give us things we can do to get cargo and stuff? And make our own stations and stuff?

Okay, I'm not playing this game. If I wanted something this difficult, I'd buy it on cd/dvd with way better graphics. This is kinda stupid, just like runescape.

There, this game is to complicated. I know it's in the top 20, but I think it's too hard for an online game. Same goes for your other games. Anyway, good luck with whatever you're doing.

Too many buttons, my IQ isn't capable of figuring everything out. Make the game more simple like buy, sell, defend, move, and attack. Period....

It was good, until it glitched

for some reason, after I managed to get a decent ship, every time I tried to buy a ship for my fleet, it crashed
