The reason why I gave it 6 stars is 'coz that I just finished listening to three other songs that you posted, and the have pretty much the same melody, they sound too, familiar, too alike. I reckon you should vary the instruments, maybe even the speed a bit of your next songs. No one said Goth Rock had to be slow :D
I hadn't much instruments to chose from. Right now I have. I recomend you to listen my song "Theater of Hell".

Just a suggestion, if you brought every down an internal or two. It would be more darker. The music is too happy and somewhat creepy.

So, you've got some good things going for you here. It's just that I felt like I was back in my old room playing a level of Doom. I don't really see this under the category of Goth. Try a lot more ride cymbal and take your tempo down to halftime. Good use with the strings, but the chimes? I'm not so sure. Also, you're doing too much with the piano.
Keep tweaking your work. You'll do good things with practice.
