How could this piece be called powerful. Placing pictures of clinton, and gun control supporters in front of pictures of hitler is oversimplifying this issue drastically. It's obvious that you don't really believe this, or if you do you do not have a very strong grasp on reality. You're point is not missed, how could it be, but its not supported either. The entire argument is based on the hypothetical assumption that the entire holocaust could have been prevented had the jewish citizens possessed guns. Am i to believe that the possesion of guns could have turned aside the massive nationwide hate Germany possessed against the Jewish people. I've watched this, and i don't buy it, even with an open mind.

Guns kick ass!One time..i saw this little squirrel trying to bite at my nuts..so i blew the little guys head clean off.Thank god for guns or i wouldnt be able to have any kids.Now my kids can also have guns as well.We need more guns!What if we get taken over by apes!We need good old Chuck Heston and lotsa guns to save the planet! >:)

Ignorance

I was actually into some of this until the ending line "do you get it yet, its for the children," At which point I wanted to slap the author. People are never going to realize that there is no solution to gun control, but yet we constantly debate it to only end up where we started. We outlawed alcohol in the early 1900s and look how that turned out. There are so many controversies about gun control that if people dont argue about the constitution stating the right to bear arms, they'll argue over invasion of privacy. We'll never learn, and that becomes more evident every day I turn on the TV to find some 15 year old recluse shooting other stubborn people with/for thier unchangeable stereotypes and opinons. Everyone needs to stop blaming outside sources, such as music, movies, and guns; and start blaming the people who pick up the gun and pull the trigger.
