Reviews

i thought this was a great game could be a little easier but good weapons good point system and great zombie slaughter (oh hell yeah!)

"wicked...make more or at least a sequel! :D" 5 stars....

Kickass game you bastard!

I have to say, I'm a little disappointed.
-Pros: This is a fun game for a while. You've got plenty of upgrades and weapons in here; that's something that a lot of zombie survival games are missing. Variety is the spice of life as they say. The music was fairly appropriate for this genre and style (fast paced).
-Cons: There were various grammatical errors throughout the game. Enemies weren't that distinctive. There was no tutorial in the game, just random message boxes that told you what to do. It would've been nice to know how to use my grenades when I was getting swarmed. The difficulty spikes on the third level, where you should still be getting the hang of it and you don't have enough money to properly upgrade you weapons. There was no ability to change the difficulty in-game, you just had to 'wing it.' There was no save feature here either, but at least you put a continue feature in. The AI for the girl was really poorly programmed, she wouldn't run away or even stay next to you when you moved away. I think she took one hit from a zombie and died as well. (A hint for everyone else, you don't have to keep protecting her after that level)
-Suggestions: You really need to get someone to help you with your English. The grammatical errors really took away from the 'serious' feel of the game. The cutscene where you first meet the girl involved something about cutting her hair and the weather. There was supposed to be a joke in there somewhere, but due to the crude grammar, I really didn't get it. Please make your enemies more distinctive. Your enemies were mixed pretty well, but you don't have the time to appreciate it. They come at you so fast, you really don't have time to tell which one takes more hits than the others. The only thing that really separated them was that they were different colors. You could have had the tougher ones be larger at least. I assumed that was going to be the case when I saw the tank-looking thing in the beginning credits. Your character doesn't change color or look any cooler when you buy new armor either. This shouldn't be the case. When I buy sweet new expensive armor, I want to see it on me! The yellow trenchcoat or whatever the character wore the entire time was not motivating at all. Even the character himself looked exactly the same, no matter who you were playing as. That really took away from the the distinction of the game. Also, why were the 'zombies' able to come out of vehicles? I'm assuming you meant they were able to drive them? I'm starting to wonder if these things really are zombies, and not just a bunch of crazy, multicolored, bloodied miscreants waving plastic swords and running angrily at you.
*I thought this game was going to be a 'step-up' from other zombie games with it's highscore and cool intro screen, but unfortunately I was disappointed. If you address a few issues here and there, and especially fix those grammar errors, then you'll have a much better game.

Some of the weapons and power ups looked kinda like very basic fallout art, like from Fallout 1 and 2. And then... You toss in inspiration from the 5th Element? I like it my good friend. The game play is a above average, because in most zombie killers you can carry a pistol, rifle, machine gun, rocket launcher, armor, sub machine gun, rail gun, toy train set, buster sword (FF7), brick on a stick, and still run the same speed, in this you have gone the next step. Sure you can carry all that, but lets hope you have raised your speed stat sufficiently, otherwise, you'll be a snail. I really liked the way this is presented also, but the enemies is where you lost some points with me. Zombies with swords and shit? Come on... I mean that's new, kinda, but really? A tad unnecessary. Especially since you have fuckin' Romero's zombies running and chasing you and shit. But because of the cool little... Hmmm... References I felt you had made, you made up those points. :) Good job man!
