It´s a pretty good guide. The tips sure are usefull and it´s all easy to understand. Also, the lay-out looked nice and the music was good as well.
There are a few things you could still add. One of them is examples. There´s still a lot of space between the buttons and the text on most screens. I think you could put some examples of typical abuses there. Second thing you could add: Reviews which only promote a certain website, reviews that reply to other reviews, chain reviews (teddy) and ASCII-pictures (like the bunny) are also not allowed. I didn´t read anything in your tutorial about them, so you might want to add a few more pages.
Also I found one bug. If you turned off the music and went through the tutorial backwards, the music started playing again. Of course it´s not that much of a problem, but if it isn´t too much trouble to fix it, you should fix it.
Overall 8 out of 10, 4 out of 5. Like I said, it´s a very good guide. Just add the few things I mentioned above and I´d say it´s perfect.
