I'm not sure if anyone is catching up to me (it's more than likely) so I printed out the top 10 ranks from the last penta list and this one for comparison. Feeling any better gfox? You sounded pretty grouchy earlier today. So you're exactly 9k ahead of me 'eh? Our stats for this update should satisfy your fixation with round numbers. Thanks for the time and effort gfox! You da man!
Printed 'em out on paper? Interesting idea.
BTW, I KNOW you know of the WEB version of this list and have gone to it, because I saw the link in your sig awhile back... but haven't you noticed the "CHG" column on it? To the right of the total column (on the WEB VERSION ONLY) it shows the total point change since last update. You can easily tell if anyone is gaining on you by looking at the web version of the update. For instance, I'll paste a big from the web right here to see and edit it a bit:
1 78,414 +2250 ramagi
2 69,000 +1000 gfoxcook
3 60,000 +_832 ReconRebel
4 56,506 +_683 bila
5 55,673 +_351 TheJoe324
6 54,904 ____0 fixit
7 53,895 +_331 alexsmolik
8 50,282 +2018 MPA
There we go. Got rid of everything except the totals, the change column, the rank, and the name.
As you can see, the only person you really need to worry about right now is... MPA. He's going to pass everyone sooner or later with the way he moves, except possibly ramagi. NOW... that said... if you stopped for awhile, took a break, just got exp and not much b/p or posts for awhile... you maybe should worry about Bila as well. But right now, as you can see above (832 vs 683) you're moving faster than he is. Kay?

That sure did the trick... i'm sorry gfox.
Heh. No problemo, man. Don't you think I check and make sure the files are in place the night I post the update, though? #;-}> I do appreciate you looking out for problems, but stick to actually looking for errors or typos within the TEXT of the update either on the web or on the BBS version, as that's a lot more likely to happen than me to not upload the file correctly. :::nods:::
But anyway, That's cool that you made your total points an even number. I have a feeling that MPA is just going to pass everyone on this list in terms of total points someday. That guy just never stops going for BP. I wonder what he does all day besides newgrounds.
I was so damned close to 69,000 points, so I fudged a bit (69 is a good number, and I wouldn't want to miss it... next update I'll be over 70,000, most likely... and I don't like 7 very much, so... my total's gonna be crappy, in my eyes, for awhile). Same for Recon. He was 59,995, actually, but before I finished the updating, I checked back and he had gotten enough blams and saves to push himself over the 60k top, so I figured I'd help out a bit there. #;-}>
And yes, you're right about MPA. For the most part, at least.

Relax? There wasn't any stressing. I simply analyzed that I would need to get huge numbers in the next weeks if I want to diminish the chances of being passed by newcomers.
Okay, okay. Chill out, man. I didn't mean you were having a heart attack over it, I just meant that you didn't need to even think about it, let alone worry/stress about it. #;-}>
I'm not a post whore or a review whore so I will need to pass even more time blamming/protecting underjudgement flashes. it shouldn't be a problem this week and voting UJ submissions is something that I enjoy :O :D
Well, it's good that you turn to blams/saves to get your points for this list instead of posts/reviews, which can much more easily be abused. :::nods:::
That little comment was nothing compared to the previous update. Let's just say that I analyzed my improvement on the pentalist (positions gained and lost, etc.) or we can also call it complaining. Choose the one that you prefer.
Okay, okay. I was just giving you a hard time for fun, but you make it so UNFUN to do when you reply back to me that... hell, I'll just try not to do it again next time. #;-}>
or should I type "close"? He's 863 pts behind me. It would take approximately one week for him to gain that difference. No need to worry about him.
(sigh) Man, I just meant that ANYONE coulda made it into the pentalist, and you never know what their total is going to be until they get there (unless you go and calculate it yourself, of course, beforehand). Jen sprang onto the list ahead of you, and cyber (or someone else) could have easily done the same. Didn't fizzle and bigbadron do that a few weeks ago? Anywho, you get my point, I think. Just be grateful that you pass enough people on the list to keep ahead of where you were last update when some new people get added ahead of your spot on the list, that's all I'm saying.
Surpassing Bonus is possible? I can't believe it.
No kidding.

I had you down as -Mystery- in my spreadsheet's tracking area, but when I saw your name was JustinTheDevil, I figured "okay, that's a LITTLE different, I better change it so that people aren't confused by who the hell "-Mystery-" is on the BBS list when he's not on the web version...
But then within a day of me updating the list, you've changed your name again... and this time... to...

You are already into the list. :)
SANTOSINOCENTS? WTF? #;-}> Anyway, I'm glad you're back to JustinTheDevil again. STOP CHANGING NAMES, PEOPLE. It fucks everything up, yo!
And thanks for pointing that out to him, EKR. I do appreciate the assistance.
