Propaganda Collab '09 Heads Up

Hey there Newgrounds, I have a plan to make another Propaganda Collab. But this time I hope to get it to the front page. I am announcing it this early to ensure quality submissions. In order to participate you must sign-up here and specify that you wish to be a contributor. To give an idea of the scope, I am also running a music thread for this and a flash artist search is planned. If you participated in the last one, you should be aware that this time you will be limited to a SINGLE entry, so make sure it is a good one. The SIGN-UP DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 1st. IF YOU DO NOT SIGN UP BEFORE THEN YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE. This thread is for discussion, ideas, and WIPS only. If you sign-up here it will not be counted. Good luck and have a blast!

Is there a specific theme? I.e. Corporation, fantasy, sci-fi or is it whaever we want? You'll get better vairety if you say anything but if it's a set theme it will be easier to make the menu, UI etc.

Same as last time (literally) except for a couple of new additions:

RULES:
1: Effort, take your time and make it look good.
2: Inspiration, try and look at some propaganda pics to get an idea of what I am talking about, google images will pop up some good stuff. (PS a little bit of Wagner never hurt a propaganda artist)
3: MSpaint isn't prohibited, but try and make it good, we aren't looking for shit here.
4: Have a good slogan, propaganda only works if it has a message.
5: Put your name (unobtrusively) somewhere on the picture, preferably in the lower right hand corner.
6: Have fun, artists who don't have fun doing this will be hunted down and shot like dogs.
7: NEW RULE Only one entry per person.
8: NEW RULE Keep at least one copy of the file on a flash drive or CD.

I guess that does it quite nicely, I'll start working on this as soon as I get my other projects out, I want to give my full focus in this once I begin.

What is the deadline for when art would has to be finished by? November and December are going to be really busy months for me - but if I can find a way to budget some time in for this then I'm totally in.

The deadline will be sometime next spring most likely, it isn't set yet. December 1st is just the sign-up deadline

Well I am holding a music contest in the audio forum, but it is looking pretty grim right now. I am not very well known there. I need to figure out how to get the word out about it.

Primarily the difference is I am giving a more expanded and rigid timeline, only one entry per person to ensure quality, and I am also organizing a music contest in the audio forum. I am also planning ahead of time to make a flash.
