No no no, there is a cure. And, there is a difference between Tinnitus, and deafness.
Deafness is the result of damage to the ear drum, and the working mechanisims within the ear. Tinnitus, is the result of damage to the micro hairs within the ear.
here's a stupid little picture of how this works. When the hairs in the ear are damaged, they become bent, or twisted, much like a broken bone. The ringing you hear, is the thousands of hairs, trying to bend themselves back into shape, so they can preform their task of protecting the ear drum.
Supplementing vitamins, can increase the rate of healing, and protect your ears from further damage.
