Well, it's the sequel - you're 90% of the way there. The visuals (and combat system) are pretty different in the two games, though. I much prefer number two, actually, it's one of the few sequels to any game that you can truly say is a massive improvement on the first.

It's quite obviously a mod for DooM, credit goes for those who know the specific WAD name. :D I've posted about the game on Newgrounds once before, actually, but that was a pretty long time ago now, even if some of you read what I said about it you've probably all forgotten now. :D

Regular FPS. Most weapons handle like regular doom weapons, but the sniper(s) scope in with alt-fire, I remember one key releasing your special move (in this case, a pack of dogs), there are also quite a few Skulltag only monsters used, and I believe one or two of its own.

The character is Sweet Tooth in the introduction film explaining his rise to power. Decent game at best.
