Just cause I love Mario and enjoy his games a lot more than any Sonic game ever made, doesn't mean I can't be a fan of Sonic as well. I thought I have made that clear by now.

The last Mario game to interest me was 64.
I don't think Galaxy tops all other Sonic game, though it is a good game.

I didn't find Sonic CD to be as enjoyable as Sonic 3 & Knuckles. The only things that were better there were the Super Peel-Out, and the Metal Sonic race.

Maybe cause I played both of them when I was 15 instead of playing them when I was 7.

Well, I played S3&K back in my single digits, it's still my favorite video game of all time.
CD is golden, because of it's depth, music and really good graphics for the time, but I still favor S3&K.

Am I the only one who would like a Sonic fighting game for the Wii and/or PS3/360? I know we have Sonic Battle and Sonic Championship, but I would like to see a fighting game similar to BlazBlue but with a selection of Sonic characters.

I also want to beat the living shit out of Silver while I' at it...

I just remembered, people in this crew believed Emerl to be a boss in Sonic Battle, but he turned out to be the protagonist.

Yes, you need at least 100 legitamite (good) posts to join. Also, I know this is a Sonic thread, but look a bit earlier and you'll see us talking about BlazBlue

I rented Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games yesterday, and I got to the Skiing race thing... Part... And I have to say, it was one of the most surreal things I have ever seen in a game. It was Green Hill, but with snow, and it was like a combination of Sonic Adventure (Music, enemies, speed panels, and loop-dee-loops), Mario Cart (? Mark blocks that give you weapons), and SSX Tricky (20 points to who ever has played that game).

That game scored extra points with me for including Omega as a rival. Omega is a super killing death machine, who has the arsenal of a large army, and they put him as a boss in Skating... Skate Blades and all. I nearly died laughing when I saw him.

He was like, "I am the strongest robot ever! You cannot beat me in Skating!"

Well, Christmas Season is around the corner, so I'm prepping to do my annual Sonic 3D Blast playthrough.

Worst case scenario, I'll buy a new one February/March of 2010, the one game I'm hyped on now is Tales of Graces, which I'm sure can expect mid/late 2010. No other game has my hype. Needlemouse would if they showed some gameplay already.....

December 1996, I got Sonic 3D Blast for Christmas, and because of that, playing it always puts me in the Holiday Spirit.

I would normally do a run through of Sly 2 and 3, but my PS3 can't play them, so I sold them... So I guess I'll spend my holiday crying in a corner till Sly Cooper 4 comes out. X,D

The real sad part, I had about 80 something dollars of downloaded content on my Wii. I got none of that back. The Game Stop clerk said it was the hardest thing he ever had to do in that store... (Delete everything on my Wii)

I never played Sonic CD myself, but I read in the Prima guide for Sonic Advance 2 that there was a HUGE outcry over the fact that SEGA of America decided on a whim to completely reorchestrate the music for the game. So it can NEVER be considered golden for that.

The American and the Japanese music were both good.
