First try disabling any ad blockers you have installed. Sometimes an overzealous filter entry will block everything from a server, or an individual file depending on what the filename is. I occasionally have this problem.
You know there are several versions of Flash Player 9, right? If you go here and scroll down a little, you should see a TV image with the version number in it. If it doesn't say "9.0.115.0" you need to upgrade. Download the latest full installer from Adobe's website and install it.
If you're still having problems, try another browser. If you're still using that turd Microsoft calls a browser, upgrade to Firefox. If you're using Firefox already, download Firefox Portable Edition and try that. (It will require its own Flash player copy, and will prompt you when it needs it.)

Apparently typing that THE POP-UP GIVES ME THE EXACT SAME RESULT AS CLICKING ON WATCH THE MOVIE isn't sinking in on anyone either.
I have updated everything.

Yes, it could be a computer problem. Processor type doesn't rule out software issues.

Double check your ad blocker preferences to make sure the upload URL isn't blocked.
Also, try searching the page source for a submission page for the actual Flash file's address. (Just search for '.swf', it should be the first or second result.) Then take this address and paste it into the address bar. If the movie doesn't load this time, your computer definitely has a problem.
It's mostly likely your computer that won't allow you now.
Remeber, before you update adobe flash player you should download the tool from the adobe website to fully un-install your current version, otherwise you retain the old files with the vulnerabilities when the flash player updates.:

It works both ways for me and I don't use any fansy browser. Install the latest flash player or something.
Well it is still not working and it is the only site where I can't see flash animations.
So newgrounds...go fuck yourself in the ass for making crap "upgrades" on your site.
