Yeah, Im completely pissed off by the spamming n shit,and totally against it but would it hurt if everyone decided NOT to click the links? And if ever one was found it was deleted? Surely theyd realise that NG users dont give a flying fuck about outwar and stop spamming?
you would think but all those spammers have a tiny bit of hope that someone will click on the link. its that tiny bit of spammin hope that makes me continue to spam even though its useless. what makes it even worse is that thier stupid enough to go like "::insert outwar link here:: click that link for cool moives, etc" thats just plain sad :\
I have no life whatsoever out of school and if you need anyone to check the reviews and places for spammers and their links I would be happy to help

you got it, they really need to get a life. They should go and make a buisness or something like that because if they have that much motivation to make a shitty dinosaur then they could do great things in the buisness world and make a lot of money - which i would think is much better. Outwar have stooped down to the level of selling points for money! - i'm sure (or i hope) newgrounds would never sell experience points for money. I just wonder who would be stupid enough to buy something that doesn't really exist when they could use their money on something more productive or at least something they could keep and be proud of or get a little pleasure from it. it is just sad if someone gets pleasure from a monster.But the sad thing is people do buy these points for their non-exsistantmonster. what a waste of money...

I havnt got to read the other 9 pages of this topic yet because it keeps saying page cannot be displayed.
Maybe theres a way to flood outwars bandwith? I dont know much about hacking but run somthing on newgrounds where when ANYONE closes a newgrounds window it sends packets from the client to outwar thus causing server strain. I seen it done before to a low bandwith site, but its probly illegal and the Fulp's wouldnt want to start some kinda war here........

The best way to fight spammers is to ignore then and they'll go away... or was that for bears... no bears are more afraid of spammers than spammers are of them... Anyways, It might be possible to block thier computer ID through a registry hack, warn them... they contiune u send them a file. Juno does it with account creation... how would they get it? Attached to a cookie maybe? There's gotta be a way to stop spamming. If not on the entire internet, than hopefully here on the best damn site on the net!

Outwar is a site where the contestants power grows when a person looks at their account so they spam links around newgrounds to get people to look at their account and make them grow stronger.
Seems a bit unfriendly, but ok. I mean, comon, internet forums will have spam in them. Its one of those annoying things one must live with online. By giving the novel little 'exp' thing, one invites such an occurance. I personally like the incentive it gives to join ng, and be part of the 'team' but cetain leeway must be given. On the other hand, someone spamming two words over and over has gone too far. Please try to make a better solution. A warning system would be excellant. Yes its alot of work, but so was making and coding the exp system, so if youre willing to work hard for that, why not work hard for this.

Also I would like to know how you feal about video submissions. There seem to be alot video with no flash at all are being submitted these days. They all have big file sizes and I am sure they eat up the band width of Newgrounds.
