I tried playing one of the Outwar type game (before i went on NG, back when it started) and realized, wait, this BLOWS HARD @$$. I have never spamed NG wit Outwar. (I almost had my acct deleted by some1 who got my pass and posted one.) For every Outwar spammer you delete, 10 come in.

I found a spammer, non outwar but still annoying as hell: "dancemagicdance". He's written like 17 reviews of gibberish, writing "hjsfalfjwt BOOOM BOOOM BEST EVAR!!11" for like 40 lines scrolling everything downward. Please delete/ban the little shitsack.

U people still have a problem with spamming? I havent been to a board that had a problem with this is years.
1. People should have to make a whole new accout to psot at the forums-WHY? because lot of times people will come in that dont care if the get blocked off or not and if they have to make a new account it may make them not want to wast their time.
2. Start out with a core group of people who are looked up too and will be good leaders and people wont want to get on the bad side. WHY? Just because its smart to do and plus u get people who wont slack of at their Admin. or Mod. spot.

When u say ban people do u mean like they can't post here anymore or do u mean they can no longer visit NG's at all like they can't even come to watch flash or play games or vote. u should make it that they can't visit here at all. I do get really tired of all the outwar links and spamming reviews out there, and I was thinking about some easily implementable solutions...
1) How about limiting the # of reviews per NG day to the person's level? It won't affect legitimate new-users for long, because yo can hit level 6 in a month, level 9 in 6 weeks... It would really stop some of these guys from making account after account.. it would become too tedious to do.. and if they invested the time it took to make a 5-6 review account, it would be gone the first time it was abused... For the forums, the same, only in # of posts or 2x or something.. and only limited up to level 5 or something (again, so if they invest the time for a month, they're no longer restricted, but can easily loose all that work/time by spamming).
Outwars "report spam" link for me is sometimes not even on the page you first go to when you click on an outwar link (a real indication of how they feel). If you click on the "spam policy" it doesn't open in a new window either... and you can't go back to look for the link.
NG Army haves the "review crew"
A lot of abusive reviewlinks and we'll train ppl there to get their whistle level up. So NG army is waking over the reviews, we mark a lot of reviews abusive (only when they are abusive).
Anyway, i really, really, hate outwar, i always click those links...i am so stupid, i think outwar should be deleted totally.
I say we get a huge Neutron bomb and add an em emitter and bomb those bloody spammers to hell, who cares how many people we have to kill to be rid of these bastereds,
i also say we show those Suicide people (due to the NG rules i can't say there race but you already know) how to 'suicide bomb'
