XXL is too big for me.

At least you could go for the baggy look. I have two shirts by a synthpop group called Neosupervital. Medium size. They look like I'm wearing a womans top. :S

All tops with bands come in like that. its like the companys consist of people who are all dangourously over-weight.

At least it says "I like my coffee black just like metal".
Awesomeness. I always look out for merch at gigs, so I hope to see some on sunday (if I get the day of).

never really seen any shirts advirtising that good a bands. Usually just SOAD or bands like Korn...

They haven't really been truly classified, I think. They might also be considered somewhat noise.

I like MSI and Rammstein, not so keen on other "Industrial" bands though

Rammstein is Techno-influenced hard rock.

I like SPK. Also, got half of Suicide's first self-entitled album.

Best shirt ever.

It shrunk, and since I just grew a bit, my friends thought it was a small.

Exaggerating though.

Swans I Am The Sun Lyrics

And I am the sun
I rise above the world
And when the light goes out
I kill another child
And I am insane
I crawl into your mouth
I grow like a flower
I grow a suicide
And I am the sun
And I am the light
And I am the sun
Yeah I am the light
And I am the dog
I cut out my eyes
Yeah I will nullify
My true love creation
And I am the sun
I love everyone
I live inside your chest
I grow like a cancer
And I am the sun
And I am the light
Yeah I am the sun
Yeah I am the light
I love everyone
I love everyone

Some of the greatest Swans lyrics ever written.

Wow, sounds really torturous.

Speaking of torturous, my laptop's screen is broken, so I'll have very little industrial to listen to for the next few days.

Learned a few Swans tunes on guitar, and they are loads of fun to play.

The tremolo picked intro and vocal melody to "Beautiful Child" sound awesome on an acoustic guitar.

Oh, I assure you, once we get a drummer, my band will play Swans covers. Until we find one, I'll practice my Gira-style growls and program some keyboards with the help of my guitar tabs.

Our music has a lot of industrial influence, but we don't have the manpower to pay tribute to our heroes.

Done and done. I plan on a Swans cover, but if I want to let you hear it, I need to master my keyboard.

This may sound blasphemous, but, I want to hear William Shatner interpret the whole Swans discography.

Blasphemous? Are you kidding? That would be the only tribute fitting for the awesomeness that is the Swans.

Just watched Sohgo Ishii's "Halber Mensch", man, what a brilliant avant-garde film. The music (I'm sure Allan knows who provided the soundtrack and features heavily in the film) is nothing sort of amazing.

bought 3 albums recently, all of which were recommended to me by zero

Democracy- Killing Joke. One of the best albums i've heard for awhile. until i bought the other 2 albums, this was on constant loop for a few days...its that good.

The Crackdown- Cabaret Voltaire. The only track that stands out to me is Diskono but its still an awesome album. i think its one of these albums were you couldn't skip tracks, as it would ruin the whole thing.
heh my sister walked in the room and was like wtf is this shit =(

Outside- David Bowie. Some brilliant tracks, some not so good ones...hasn't had to much play-time though, because i can't stop listening to the other ones =p

much <3 to zero for recommending these.

Oooh, bad. Money in Stevo's pockets, not Blixa's.

My hands are tied though, 'cause around here you can only get the SB version, same goes with the film because the official version with the bonus CD is long out of print.

If you want darker, I suggest a non-industrial group called Lustmord.

But for darker industrial, get some early Swans. However, they weren't fast.

His independent work is dark ambiance, which is great.
