I got. Just like 97%(you see her face which was rather ugly IMO) except after that you see some Phazon and an arm raising from it.
If you get less than 50% she just leaves nothing special. If you get 50-99% You see her face, than she stands there for aa while. But I dunno what is for 100%.

Moslty in every Metroid game the best ending is her without the armor.
Like in Metroid Fusion. Also If you beat Super Metroid in less than 3 hours you get to see her without her armor. (she still has clothes for all you perverts out there =P)
