The PS2 was great, too many average or crappy games in my opinion, but there were definately gems in there. Too bad the PS3 had to ruin it all by failing.

yeah it's sad to see the ps2 go but i hope it goes with a bang with god of war 2,Okami and scarface the world is yours gets voted as some of the best games of 2007 then it will probably die out in 0'8 but for me the ps2 will never br forgotten as the best selling console of this decade.

Why the fuck wouldn't you just keep your old system for when you wanted to play it again? I mean I still have an operational SNES, and N64 under my bed.

Man, Grand Theft Auto is a blast. I can't wait the feel of completing it. PS2 memories are amazing, I look back and cherish every single moment of it. Was a perfect time waster. I hope the PS3 will live up to the hype though.

My first PS2 game I ever played was Swing Away Golf, one of the first games for it... yep that was back on Xmas 2000 when I was 7 XD

alas my PS2 died years ago due to overheating problems :( I didn't replace it cuz I didn't have the money... >:( the last game I ever played on PS2 was Time Crisis 3... (huzzah Guncon!)
