no, they will be released along with the layout design changes along with who knows what else..

Well, this post will be ignored. But the new icons do look pretty sexy. Guess someone finally gave in to that gigantic Wi/Ht? clamor for more levels.
What I want to know, will the first 8 fixed levels change, in number or in size of gap?
how will the extra 30 levels affect our current levels? what i mean is will i a level 9 user suddenly be bumped up to level 18 as there are twice as many levels? what about the exp thresh holds? will they be bigger smaller or what? some answeres would be nice.

It'll just take half the time to get to the next level.
And if you're already half way to the next level, then when the new levels are implimented you'll be that next level.

I.E: I'm at level 14 with 6,000+ exp. After the new levels have been installed into the system, 6,000 experience points might be enough for level 18, 19 or whatever.
