1) Yes, there will be 60 level icons. The current levels will be adjusted to cover the spread from 1-60 instead of 1-30, with the current level 30 becoming level 60.
2) As for the aura colors, you can see the answer here:

Well I must say that I like the way the auras were in the current levels but still this is amazing for anybody that's been active on the site for at least a month.
