it looks more like padding than metal so I would say if it looked like anything it would be Ryu's glove.

Ryu's glove wasn't an glove, it was an wristband. Thus it only covers up the wrist. The Juggernaut glove end reached near the knuckles.

Actually, those of you who think the exp you will need for the next level will decrease by half are incorrect. I can't really explain this by myself, but I do know that going from level 9 to 10 is ten times easier [Technically 9.5x easier] than going from 28 to 29.
You could really go for a chocolate chip cookie right about now...

You have no real reason to come to that conclusion, it's only an assumption based on the coincidence that twelve times five is sixty. You don't even have a basis to accurately deduce that the first image will stay in the level twelve position.
Besides, I doubt Tom would so blatently give away what the new ultimate level icon would be.
