I'd like to request a FLCL themed sig with a techno/abstract style.

I want the sig to be easily recognizable and distinguishable. That means I'd like you to either animate it, give it a background with bright and eye-catching colors, give it a custom border, or anything else that will make it seem like more than just a pic blended with a background made from PS brushes. Hopefully that makes sense.
