yeah i do it all the time, whenever I'm drawing or writing on paper, it's really irritating. My brother plays a MMORPG where u say "exiva" to find stuff and he's always trying to exiva ppl in rl.

As far as the names go, should we write our user names in our own style on the page or should we leave it up to you? You might have something planned, I dunno...

I think it would be ok, spraying fixatif is an art in itself though so if you have never done it before i wouldnt suggest having this paper be your first try due to the fact you only get one shot at it.
If you must spray though give it a very light coat to avoid staining.

What you do as to your name or your ng username is up to you, this book will have its own page of contents where it has your name and ng name on it so either way people will know its you.. me personally i just sign my regular signature, my ng name is not that important to me. Some people might feel otherwise and thats okay.

For people living outside of the US make sure you use enough postage! It would suck to go through all the trouble of creating your piece and for it to never make it over and be stuck in Fiji or something...

If you dont see your name dont panic, theres another shipment in June, this allows people who are joining late to have a chance and also for me to figure out who to include.. so far it looks pretty good theres about 36 artists who were interested, theres 50 possible slots so as of right now everyone is ok.

make sure you include your ng name and full mailing address

1- You'll get a sheet of the sketchbook
2- You draw whatever you'd like
3- You mail it back, and thats it!

I was wondering when that was going to happen. ;)

It occured to me that this project might be completed by the time the Comic Convention makes it's way down to San Diego this summer... I'll admit, it's for more selfish reasons (I just want to see the sketchbook for myself!), but if Tom's going to have a booth this year, it'd be pretty damn cool to have our sketches on display if that's something he'd go for.

This is a really awesome idea. Although I would in no way, shape, or form be able to assist in anything, it's quite a pleasure to see all the people who make newgrounds what it is today work together to make one big sketchbook, a sort of summarization of what newgrounds means to the ng community.

It will go in the NG office on the 'first floor museum' when it is set up, but it'll also be exhibited at comic-con and the 2006 mod meet up.
