This might seem lame (but for me it was) but the final boss in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 was hard as hell IMO. 2 boss fights one after the other & no rings.

Devil May Cry 3 on Dante Must Die mode is fucking impossible
No it isn't. Once you've actually gotten to Dante Must Die difficulty, you're ready for it. Cool game.
Rainbow Six 1 was really hard for me.I just cant beat Level 2! Grand Theft Auto 2 is also fairly hard because getting 2 million dollars for Level 2 and 3 Million for Level 3 is pretty hard.
Mafia and Tony Hawk Underground 2 were hard but I mangaged to beat both of them.
Grand Theft Auto Vice City was hard at first yet second time it was fairly simple with of course the few hard missions.

Nope, i pwned that on european extreme mode. Play it for 72 hours with short brakes of sleep occasionally, youl eventually get quite good.
