No it was shocking. The umpires are destroying the game. They introduced some new rules and now they are over going way too overboard. The AFL need to scrap all of the new rules, get new umpires, train them up and start over. The game wont be getting many fans if the umps (maggots) keep it up.

From what I can gather, this is a club/crew/army for those who have significantly contributed to the blamming and saving of flash movies. I have information about a set of videos that deserve to be blammed but were instead saved by (I suspect) the authors' alternate accounts.

Then you gather wrong. We do not promote mass voting, even against poor submissions that are mass voted through by their authors/ a group. The idea of this club is to promote voting fairly and giving each submission an equal chance based on our own judgement. Check out the FAQ link in my sig for more details.

And anyway, if they have already passed (which I can only assume is the case as I don't see any under judgement), there is nothing we can do. Once a submission has passed it is here for good, no matter how low the score gets (unless an Admin or the author deletes it).

Ok, that really sucks, though again it reminds me of football (sorry to keep bringing it back to that, but I love my footie, and know infinitely more about it than Aussie rules). Diving is dreadful in football these days, to the point where all physicality is gone from the game as players are afraid to give away free kicks. I guess the difference is in AFL it's a fault in the rules, while in footie it is a fault in the players.

From what I can gather, this is a club/crew/army for those who have significantly contributed to the blamming and saving of flash movies. I have information about a set of videos that deserve to be blammed but were instead saved by (I suspect) the authors' alternate accounts.
I thought that you ought to know. If you want, I can link you to all 7 of them (if they haven't been righteously blammed in the meantime).

Happens all the time, nothing we can do about it. If you want to complain go and complain to Wade, though I doubt he will pay much attention, very busy guy and all. The fact is that is how the system works. Once it is through there is nothing that can be done, that's the end of it, no matter how unfair you may think that is.

I have been having a hard time trying to b/p as of recently, yet alone get on the computer at all. I have noticed Slash is still not back though and I am starting to become worried as to if he will ever return. :/

Yeah the same problems have been getting to me as well. And well to tell you the truth it has been far to long since my last post here so I will have to make amends for that in several ways I guess. Yeah when I first started out my blams where way ahead of my protects. And now my protects are like almost 2x what my blams are if not more. But I think if alot of good quality flashes continues to come into the portal my b/p I dont think will ever be tied again.

He'll come back one day, he just likes to disappear every once in a while. Don't complain, I'm putting up a huge lead over him in the B/P ranks!

It's one of my long term goals as well, and I'm slowly creeping closer. The days when I am really active I still get about the same number of blams and saves, so it is only the less active days, when I sweep the portal every couple of hours, that I pick up more saves. Congrats on making it though- did you change your aura to mark the event? It looks different.

REVIEW CHALLENGE

Only eagle took part in last weeks challenege, so I am going to leave the same one up (Nintendo Shorts- a link can be found in the Barracks forums) for another week. I didn't have time to review it either, but hopefully a few more people will be able to today.

Also, results for the last two weeks will be out today, either with ILC's vote or not.

I've been writing another story over the last 24 hours, though still incomplete at the moment. I'll be sure to post it in the forums when I am done though, so be sure to check it out!

And finally, my sister bought a Wii today :D. It's another month and a half before I'll get my hands on it, but at least it is now waiting for me at home- my Zelda cravings will finally be satisfied!
