It has improved since when I signed in (two hours ago) so I'm not complaining about it too much anymore but yeah, it would be nice if there were thirty flashes under judgement right now.

30 UJ flash indicates a healthy Portal, but the churn appears slow. I am raising the DEFCON to DEFCON 3 until further notice. However, if the churn rate raises, I will raise the DEFCON further.

Can I ask how you know how close you are to passing someone as I would like to work out who is about to pass me and who I am going to overtake (number 451 look out). Also my B/ping has droped dramatically as on Saturday I only got 5 B/PDue to work and social events. Hell I would be surprised if I broke the 300 mark last week.
