it only gets close to one rule and there is an argument that can be made FOR it that it was not simply submitted for the free blam points, anyhow the rule in question is for:
Do not submit low-quality entries with the intent to give users "free blam points."
since it does not clearly cross this threshold, it's not something that is flag worthy... it can dance around on the precipice as much as it wants, but it's not clearly crossing the boundary to break the rule

It's alright bud, if you wanted to chat about potential flag items and what brakes the rules and not break the rules then just post freely here, we can all chat about something, the ability to flag something does not disappear just because a submission passes the "under judgment" selection, and if it dies in judgment then the whistle points didn't mean anything either.
