No, I think these are legit. They were uploaded around the same time frame, and have similar typing styles. Both the YouTube and NG descriptions are very lacking. Easy to fake, but looks believable to me.
Voiceover done over some still images of the Hazbin Hotel character, no animation.
Does anyone know what this is? Looks like some weird slideshow but there are only three pictures.
