Read the 9th rule in the first post. It says:

Yes, yes. It was all my mistake. I really wasn't being as careful as a I should of been. Basically when I was rearranging the list based upon rank changes I kept moving SCD down and others up. So it was bound that I end up missing one. A lot of users are stuck, and then there are others that are really close. It'll change eventually.

Well it's ok, as I said before, September is a bad month for point gaining. As well as November, but that's an entirely different story. Feburary is a bad option as well.

I guess it is obviously school and sports. Last Feburary is probably the month i gained the most points since my sign update I started to b/p alot more and post more often.

I only just noticed I was on the list of potentials last month with 2 votes, that's ace! However I wasn't on the potentials list this month, so I'd better start getting more active around here. It's just difficult to find the time for NG what with university and my part-time job, Im a busy man.
