If humans would use sex only as a means of reproducing, period, there would be know problem. However, over the ages, humans have turned what was a necessary act for the survival of the species into an act of using their fellow humans as toys for gratification. And that's just not acceptable.

In an ideal world, yes, I would encourage the illegalization of dolphin sex. However, dolphins, and all animals, for that matter, are exempt from the laws of humans, because they have no sense of morality and can have no input into the creation of those laws.

No, sex should not be illegalized. What takes place between two consenting adults, regardless of what takes place in their mind, should be none of the business of government. Even if it is hard to prove otherwise.

Before I finish this, however, let me point out a few observations that I have made.

First, to all you people blurting out insults and IMing me calling me EMO, GAY, FAG, PRUDE, STUPID, IGNORANT, etc. Your immaturity level really shines through. It's often said, "You don't know me, so shut up." Well, in this case, it's true. You only know that I'm 20 years old and live in Georgia, if you assume the information in my profile is truthful. You don't know what I think, how I act, and for you to accuse me of being something that I'm not just because you disagree with me is not only immature, but is also one of the problems facing our nation today. I guarantee you, America would be much more harmonious if people would discuss issues and explain why they think their view is better rather than going out and calling people names and acting violent towards them just because you aren't able to support their own views.

Second, don't jump to conclusions. Just because people are for or against something doesn't mean they fall into some demographic by default. I don't have to be Christian to think something is immoral, I don't have to be gay to be for gay marriage, I don't have to smoke weed to think that it should be legalized. Again, if people discussed the issue at hand, rather than the people presenting the issue, this nation would be a whole lot better off.
