Krita for drafting and Paintstorm for painting.
I use IbisPaint. I also have Krita, but i'm too lazy to draw on it(especially on my laptop with a mouse lol)
Clip Studio for art, Flash for animations, Photoshop & Premiere for post production/adjustments, and monster energy for the will to keep goin

I used to use Ibis Paint X whenever I'm on school. I use Krita nowadays 'cause I'm a cheapskate that doesn't want to pay for Adobe
Krita Because its free and very decent. Opencanvas is alright but you would need to drop money on it (£40-£50 which isn't so bad)
Clip Studio Paint for art Tahoma2d for animation. I really hope Krita gets some more features similar to CSP so I can switch.
I prefer to do my lineart traditional for the most part, then I use Clip Studio Paint to finish it up. I also use MS Paint for a lot of simple edits and some spritework, and Vegas for animating.

My dear friend Liu hooked me up with Photoshop cs6 and I've been using nothing else for years barring MS Paint for quick things.

microsoft paint, all the way! :D i like it's simplicity and do not mind the limitations. other ones i use are gimp and paint.net, though .net doesn't really run well on my bad pc....
in my tablet, though, i use krita. it's a very neat program!

Going to change my vote to krita, because tablets in general suck ass with how hyper sensitivity they are to movement and krita has the best options available for line stabilization.
Clip Studio Paint EX on desktop, iBis Paint X on mobile.
There's other things I use sometimes like Aseprite, MS Paint, Tux Paint (yes, really), Drawpile, Aggie... but the two mentioned previously are my primary programs.
I would like to use Krita again, but this teeny tiny laptop apparently can't handle it.

Clip Studio Paint 3 and a Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
I only buy Microsoft products secondhand because I'm not fuckin spending a thousand bucks on hardware that gets yearly revisions.
Clip Studio Paint 3, rarely Photoshop (usually for font related stuff). Krita's also good though I don't really use it.
