Multiple gifs should be fine! As long as the user's browser can handle all of the gifs.

The limit is on how many you can publish per day, so theoretically you could prep more projects in advance and spread them out. The thresholds there may change as needed, they are high at the moment.

Yup that's in there but it's treated like captions vs having the full text editor (some people will likely want the full text editor with big blocks of text and links).
