People see my name again and think - "Not again.. not again this moron with their Hellraiser. Why cannot this poster get new material already??!" and hand hoovers over block feature. I spare you from the 5 posts I did about this sketch on my Tumblr, and just share the comparison, maybe it looks amusing, how a base layer vs, overlay layer look.
As some of you know my Pinhead/Elliot has his skinned hands and legs - just because I wanted him appear a bit different from canon in my fiction project. Normally I work as : idea-sketch-line-greys-details and the muscle layer is done after the clothing and pin-grid (on works I add more of it to face). Yesterday I was doing just random time-filler-doodle of him. Most generic pinhead doodle ever known to mankind and I am like "ok, i do this skinned base, add nails, and try outfits on him just to try ideas, be it outfits from films like Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992), Dark City, The Crow or games like Deus Ex or Dishonored. So to change random outfits and sketch them, I do the base and as 1st I just do the most generic thing - his common outfit. And there it is
I could just draw line over muscle lines and get his original outfit arms right, his mid 'right' and I am , "Ok from scale 1 to 10, you are slowest possible movable object ever existed"
And this is the comparison of me using muscle layer I did before (few other layers are active too like outfit line and some random grayscale layer (yes, to get red or yellow here - I use range of black or white :P) :
I hope since this is HORROR thread on an art site so no one is offended by human muscle-maps :p

Y’all get to have a sneak peek at the Pokémon Mystery Meat Collab, in the form of an artwork I drew for it. It’s inspired by some slasher movie posters I’ve seen - antagonist’s face faded into a black background, victim reflected in the blade. I had way too much fun with rendering it.

This was just some hr fans coming out of closet as trekkies and this was outcome last night of us making one liner bad trekkie-hr combo jests.
Maybe it is too low key for NG gallery, but I like it. But do not take me too seriously.

I dabble in some horror related art, looking over mostly body horror like images, may try out more monster like drawings in 2024.
The spore freak and the one holding the face are really neat, I like the mushrooms coming out of the eyes, very creepy!
