NEWGROUNDS BANNED MY COMMENTS!?!

I was giving people a chance to have their music promoted on my channel, so people can view their music and (hopefully) get more views, followers, subscribers, etc.. but then when I woke up i saw this (image below)
I am confused on how it's not allowed to give people the chance to promote their music.
here is the comment i posted that got my comments banned!

You're kidding, right? The review section is the give feedback to the creator in terms of how they're doing. It's not a place to promote yourself, and especially not a place to ask for their music.

PMs exist for a reason, you know.
