Whether or not it's more healthy is debatable but I'm having two boost protein drinks,one /thirds take out container of chicken pad Thai (noodles and vegetables only)and a chicken salad sandwhich because as of the last few weeks eating food from McDonald's while I'm on break have almost always triggered indigestion
