Classic Turkey Bacon BLT on whole grain. Cant beat a BLT with turkey
Today's lunch: roasted garlic bread, salmon pie with bearnaise sauce and oat porridge with honey yogurt and cherry marmalade followed by some dark mint chocolate and chicoria tea.
Basically leftovers.

Fish chopped up and fried crispy, with Mexican hot sauce and chilly pepper. Then pancakes with home made syrup, coconut cooked inside, and peanut butter on top. Also real butter.

Had a Oppal apple with chicken fried rice for dinner last night, This morning I had a smoothie and strawberry yogurt with downed with coffee (2 packets worth of instant coffee in one cup since it's the amount of caffiene is not as good as regular)
