I believe one already exists on Tinychat, although I've never personally gone there myself because I don't care for that kind of stuff.
Sadly as somebody pretty familiar with the art forum regulars and the general forum regulars I recognize like 2 people in there. Still seems like an interesting app. I'll at least give it a shot and lurk for a lil while to see how it pans out.
