Now this is a surprise. Donald Trump has announced that he will run for presidency for the next elections! I'm stoked. Let's hope that he will truly be the president that will make USA great again!

Politics Forum?

But anyway... hasn't Trump tried to run the past several times around already? Ross Perot had better luck then the Trumpster.

It won't happen. Honestly, it'd be a miracle if he event got the GOP nomination, however; that would only doom the Republicans for the election entirely. People won't see him as presidential material. Sure, the notion of him being president is entertaining (at least) while it has novelty, but no way in hell would that carry all the way to the polls. People would forget about the idea as a whole before he started making ads.

Using two dots in your ellipses instead of three? What the fuck, man?!

wow, you are literally the first person to ever notice, Nips!
Not as imperative as one dot, not as hesitant and unsure as 3 dots. 2 is the perfect amount of timing between sentences to imply inquisition and analytical curiosity. ^___^

Trump is nothing but an utter clown and embarrassment. It's hard to forget that he was singing Obama's praises for a while before hiring private investigators, sending them to Hawaii and getting into the whole birther stuff. Yet with Ted Cruz, who we all know was born in Canada, Trump was far more restrained in attacking him and trying to avoid the subject altogether when confronted about it.

Additionally, if you publicly go out there saying that he's worth millions of dollars instead of billions of dollars, that's enough to piss him off to the point where he wants to sue you for defamation. Ugh, I'll never forget this.

I also can't forget the time he had that public cat fight with Rosie. One of the things he said was that he'd like to "take some money out of her fat ass pockets." That just made me roll my eyes. Although I don't like either of them.

But whatever. Most politicians and celebrities that try to become politicians are complete jokes. But in many ways, Trump is in a league of his own. He is a toxic combination of some of the worst traits any human can have.

It's a publicity stunt. Not even the average American is dumb enough to vote for him.

I know some people who are. Normally I have a pretty strict personal rule about not discussing politics with people who are steadfast in their opinions, but today I couldn't help myself.

well i suppose non-free porn does have viruses more often but.. i'd rather give my laptop aids than buy something that's available for free.

There's damn sure better ways to spend that much money.
For one thing, why not go to Vegas and get the real deal?
OR!- go to Japan and get fucking wasted.

Hillary Clinton has crime and scandal all over her. There are 4 dead Americans who cried out for her help, we still don't know what happened, despite being lied to about a youtube video protest.. She takes corrupted foreign leader's money in return for special government favors like "declined to blacklist any Swedish firms", and funneling corrupt money into speaking fees. In the real world, who gets paid $500,000 for a single speech? She also destroys public records to protect herself. The Clinton "charity" foundation only delivers 15% of their multi-million dollar income, they keep the rest. Any GOP member at this level of wrong?

Hah! Did you come from the old posts thread? Hell, I forgot I made this post.

Personally, my pick was Ben Carson from the start. My thinking was that people would rather see a Neurosurgeon who worked his ass off to get where he's at, as opposed to someone who largely earned where he's at through nepotism.

I was wrong. Either way, the only thing we can do is hope he does well for this country, however; with the disaster that seems to be "GET RID OF OBAMACARE NOW! BEFORE WE HAVE A PLAN". That's more on the current sitting Republicans as opposed to Trump. Since Trump isn't even in office yet and during the campaign trail emphasized heavily that he didn't want to remove the ACA until he had a replacement that ensured people kept their healthcare under the pre-existing condition convenient, along with the few other stipulations that people liked.

Carson was screwed the second it came out that he believed the pyramids were used for grain storage.

People were wrong about him not running
People were wrong about him not having a chance in the primaries
People were wrong about him not being able to get the nomination
People were wrong about him not being able to win the election
And people will be wrong about these next four years being terrible
