Hating on America has always been a thing, but in recent years it has now been an epidemic caused by jealousy and picking on African countries is basically low hanging fruit that even the most politically correct of people have no problem bashing. The War on Terror didn't do us much of a favor in terms of PR, but I would be quick to say that almost every nation either signed off on it with gusto, or at least mentioned it heavily, considering that everyone is now fighting against terrorism in their own ways.

Then you have the Ted Ralls and Noam Chomskys of the world, who lets just say that they are smug, ungrateful sods who spew their anti-American propaganda to the ignorant in an attempt to be smart. Apparently, they seem to be the mouthpiece of Internet anarchists (think Mad Max without the cool cars or Somilia) or trolls trying to rile up folks on some boogeyman made of straw.
