I went commando a couple of times before actually. I suggest it to be easier wearing sweat pants. Owned a pair when I was little, but now its about the jeans and cargo pants.

Actually though
Once a day should be considered the bare minimum. Sometimes I go through three or four pairs in a day.
I understand doing less if you're all "roughing it" in the woods and don't physically have access to things like showers or laundromats, but that's just grody.
