Remind them that they lost The War of 1812, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War.
Bonus points if they don't know what The War of 1812 is, they actually think that they won the Korean War, or they try to explain away the Vietnam War as not technically being a war but rather a "police action".
Then burn an American flag in front of them because there's no real law against it.
Point out how much time, money and wrecked lives America spent on the War on Drugs. And the War on Terror. Joke about War on Christmas. If you mention the War of 1812, be sure to mention that the White House was burned to a shell.
Refuse to call people from the US Americans. Call them Statesiders.
