It's fucking brutal. They're caught in a never-ending power struggle with constantly shifting alliances, backstabbing, sex, and murder. Nobody knows who's going to die next in the battle for power over the mythic land of Newgrounds.

It's the same as any other collection of people with scraps of power, smiling and circling until someone's dumb enough to turn their back.
Also, I raced up the Rocky stairs with avie on my 30th birthday. That was cool.

TL;DR: I behave like I did when I was not a moderator, and have fun wandering around the forums clicking on stuff that catches my eye. If I stumble upon a post or thread or user that doesn't fit, I rectify the situation. Then I go back to being a normal user again.

When I became head of moderation of this site first there were some jackasses like Poozy, who thought they can question my authority here. Luckily for them I straightened them up.

So, I was recently banned and even an admin who I will not say agreed that it was some b.s. Yet nothing was done about it. So explain that?
