I for one think that clock crew is the best part of newgrounds. without them , newgrounds could shift from the wildly countercultural sexpistoling e-community that it is to a bunch of artsy bushwa assholes. And wouldn't that fucking suck? I know a lot of people complained about the vote five for porno thing, but how many people actually voted five? And anyone who doesn't thin k that tricky clown is funny should stop being a petulant prick.

Gy god, why does everyone hate the clocks so much? Why can't the other users by mature about them and leave them alone? First, there was Strawberry Clock, and he made dumbass movies just to piss everyone off. It would have ended with Strawberry if most Newgrounds members were mature and just ignored him. But what did they do? They started arguments and got all mad. He fed on that anger, and it made him powerful. Then others saw this and wanted a piece of it, and now the clocks are out of control and all because people couldn't keep theor mouths shut.

Really, I can't believe ther are still heartless bastards out there that still hates the clocks. Well, I say to all of them, "GO GET A FUCKING LIFE, YOU ASSWIPES!" Some people hate them for a lot of reasons. Most of them hate them because they make crappy movies. Well, WHO GIVES A FUCK? The crappy movies should have ended if they leave it alone. But, like I said, they made arguments and then becomes anticlocks. I also hate all kinds of threats, like, "You're gay," WHICH MEACNS YOUR CALLING YOURSELF GAY. "I'm going to kill all clocks" and "All clocks go down to hell" should REALLY get a life. Really, leave the clocks alone and stop the hate.

What's with all the hate towards the clocks? If you even watched the NEW clock movies (blam another day) by orange clock and the others you would realize that, while strawberry wasn't the best animator, they make great cartoons. I have seen every (that's right every) clock cartoon (that I could) and no crashing or sadistic porn (aside from strawberrys) came up. Besides right here in the bbs I have seen more porn than in any of the movies the clocks do. Tom don't ban the new clocks. They mean well.

i think the cc should get what they want. this anti-clock stuff is getting extreme. This is more than a couple of silly parodies. these people are most likely stoned or drunk, but the cc should be treated better.

Perhaps it is time to put this in perspective. Nearly all anti-Clock posts and flash seem to focus on two things:
1. B, Vote 5 for Porn, and the few others made by the original Strawberry Clock. Even I, for all purposes a board n00b, know that THIS IS NOT THE SAME CLOCK. This is just like Bush blaming Saddam for attacks because he couldn't find Osama. Well guess what? Keeping everyone pissed won't make you some kind of hero when/if this argument ends. Unthinking hate also put Bush back in office - I'm ashamed to know so many of you basters live in America... tangent, my bad.
2. Strawberry Clocks ego-wank "King of the Portal" flashes. Yeah, so what? Ill Will Press has a sizeable number of "Foamy is God" stuff too. This kind of thing is common, it's just rare that it becomes the joke in itself - a number of people don't like this kind of joke, and I won't hold that against anyone.

In short:
Clocks: Quit whining.
Anti-Clocks: Quit bitching.

Man I don't know what all this fuss is over the clocks and the anti-clocks... I mean, this IS the internet. The flash portal is supposed to be a flash free for all. And just because somebody submits crappy flash doesn't mean they should be banned... Your votes should be able to stop them. And I don't know what the clock crew is complaining about. I mean, this IS the portal. They shouldn't name themselves after a notoriously bad flashmaker if they expect their movies to pass judgment without complaints or anti-them sentiment. This is just ridiculous. I hate the Star Syndicate, which is a more belligerent version of the Clock Crew, but I don't try to ban them, just badly review their movies (they all suck; not all of them are drawn, just poorly scanned pictures,) and vote badly on their movies. If they make a good movie, I vote good. But that hasn't happened. Really though, I think the Clock Crew is being too sensitive. I've been called "faggot" and "cocksucker" too many times before, but I never complained about it. After posting my first post on BBS, I was so embarrassed that going to NG became a chore. But you don't hear me complaining. I think the Clock Crew should buck up and face the facts that if you take in the mantle of a bad flashmaker than you shall reap the consequences and not complain. The clock crew has a point Tom. They should be supported by warning or banning peeps that give their movies bad reviews and/or inadequate scores for no reason. I for one, believe the clock crew to be a great assortment of individuals who make flash to entertain and pleasure us on Newgrounds. There is nothing wrong with them, just with the fags that rate them 0.
